While there was a jewish community in Yugoslavia during this period, it was in the cities and large towns. If they family shown in the film was really jewish they would have buried any jewish symbol. Especially as there where german patrols. This was a weak point in the movie.

To all you who served thankyou for your service. For those who fought for others freedom i salute you . They build them into fighting men for battle then they release them as broken boys without help when the generals have used them up. You get to watch your legs get blown off watching your life blood flooding out of your shattered remains and for what so someone high up gets to pin another medal on his chest only to say how they won the battle .To all you who served thankyou for your service but please remember the high ups aren't the ones bleeding on the battle field . It's unfair that the so-called victors get to write the lies and they're totally biased for want of a better word, 'rubbish'. When you research yourself it's a completely different event. Those that are made out as victors are actually greedy disgusting corrupt excuses for human beings. I am fortunate to have German family members and they are beautiful proud respectful people. I am ashamed of my country's government and the elite who own those who supposedly govern. .... If only Man weren't so greedy and easily bought, the world would be a much better place. Our lives would be worthwhile.
